Flexible efficiency of pre-cleaning
Surface extraction systems used to loosen and remove material residues that remain on the mineral wool panels after sawing and sanding. There are two fans and a suction nozzle attached to a frame. Those remove material residues from the product and suck them into a filter plant. The height of the frame can be adjusted along the guide rails using a servomotor.

- Material to process: Mineral wool with a density of 10 - 200 kg/m³
- Grain size: up to max. 10 mm
- Capacity: up to max. 100 kg/h with continuous operation and uniform quantity of material
